Mercury in Scorpio

Mercury never strays more than about 28 degrees from the Sun, so it moves through the signs at roughly the Sun's pace, except that three or four times a year it turns retrograde for about three weeks and re-enters a sign it has just left. Astrologers read it as the planet of words, trade, travel and thinking; the ingress pages below show which sign that conversation is in.
