What we know about you, which is almost nothing.
Reading the site
The public pages set no cookies, load no advertising and no third-party analytics, and embed nothing from other companies. Our web server keeps the ordinary access log (IP address, page, time, browser string) for up to 30 days to keep the site running and to count visits in aggregate; it is not shared and not combined with anything else.
The chart tool
Your birth date, time and place are processed in your browser. They are kept in your browser's local storage so the form is filled next time, and they appear in the page address when you draw a chart, so you can bookmark or share it. They are never sent to our server. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Ordering a Birth Chart Report
To write and deliver the report we need your first name, e-mail address, birth date, birth time if you have it, and birthplace. The payment is handled by Mollie B.V. in the Netherlands, who see the amount and your payment details; we never see your card or bank data. The delivery e-mails are sent through Resend. The report itself is stored on our server at a private, unguessable address so you can reread it; we keep the order record and the report for two years for warranty and bookkeeping, then delete the birth data. You can ask us to delete your report earlier at any time.
If you leave your address to be told when the report opens, we store the address and the date and send you one e-mail, with a one-click unsubscribe. Nothing else is sent to it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object. Write to hello@horoscope.observer. The controller is Spiritual Productions, Rosmalen, the Netherlands (details on the terms page). You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
