Who we are
horoscope.observer is published by Spiritual Productions, Striensestraat 14, 5241 AX Rosmalen, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 63525798, VAT NL172126988B02. Contact: hello@horoscope.observer.
Using the site
The horoscopes, the sky pages and the chart tool are offered as they are, for interest and reflection. Astrology is a tradition, not a science; nothing on this site is advice of a medical, legal, financial or psychological kind, and decisions remain yours. We work hard to keep the astronomical data exact and the texts honest, and we correct errors when told about them, but we cannot promise the site is free of mistakes or always available. The licence for reusing the data and texts is on the licence page.
The Birth Chart Report
The report is a digital product: a personal reading of your birth chart, delivered as a web page at a private address and as a PDF, written from the birth data you enter. The price is shown on the order page in USD; it includes VAT where applicable. Payment is by card, PayPal or the local methods Mollie offers in your country.
Delivery. Writing starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and usually takes under half an hour. You receive an e-mail with the link when it is ready, and the status page you are sent to after paying shows progress. If the report has not arrived within 24 hours, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
Right of withdrawal. Because the report is digital content made to your personal data and delivered at once, you agree at checkout that we start immediately and that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once delivery begins (Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the corresponding Dutch law). You tick a box to confirm this before paying.
Our guarantee. Separately from the law, if the report disappoints you, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the full price, no questions beyond the one that helps us improve.
Accuracy of your data. The report is only as right as the birth data you enter. We cannot be responsible for a chart drawn from a wrong time or place, but we will redo a report once at no charge if you notice an error in your input within 14 days.
Your use. The report is yours to keep, print and share privately. It may not be resold or republished.
Law
Dutch law applies. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country. Disputes can be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands or, for EU consumers, through the EU online dispute resolution platform.
