Libra is traditionally the sign of partnership, fairness, negotiation and balance. With Mercury, planet of speech and agreements, moving backward here, astrologers read a period for revisiting terms between people: shared commitments, arrangements in progress, the way requests are phrased. The tradition favors listening over persuading. One modest practice is to restate what the other person said before replying.
