Mercury in Gemini, 2027
Mercury enters Gemini on Sunday 9 May 2027, 01:58 UTC, which is in your time zone. It leaves for Cancer on Friday 28 May 2027, 17:07 UTC, after 20 days.
Mercury leaves Taurus and enters Gemini on 9 May 2027 at 01:58 UTC. It remains there for 20 days before moving into Cancer on 28 May 2027 at 17:07 UTC. Gemini is an air sign of the mutable mode, and Mercury itself rules it. There is no retrograde during this stay.
Because Mercury rules Gemini, astrologers read this as one of the planet's most comfortable placements. The tradition links it with quick thinking, curiosity, conversation, short trips, reading and the exchange of ideas. The risk usually named is scattered attention, with many threads started and fewer finished. A practical approach is to enjoy the quicker mental pace while keeping a simple list of what was promised to whom, so that the lively talk of these weeks turns into a few completed tasks.
