Point
North Node in Aquarius
29°04′ Aquarius on 4 October 2026. In Aquarius since 27 July 2026, 00:48 UTC, until 26 March 2028, 16:03 UTC.
The North Node is not a planet but the point where the Moon's orbit crosses the ecliptic northward. It moves backwards through the zodiac, spending about eighteen months in a sign; the South Node is always opposite. Eclipses happen near the nodes, so the node's sign tells you where the eclipses of the next year and a half will fall. We use the true node, which jitters a little around the mean path.
