Black Moon Lilith, a calculated point tied to the far end of the Moon's orbit rather than a physical body, enters Sagittarius from Scorpio at 19:11 UTC on 20 December 2025. It remains there for 268 days, moving into Capricorn on 14 September 2026, with no retrograde during the stay.
Sagittarius is the mutable fire sign ruled by Jupiter, associated with belief, travel, study, philosophy and the urge to speak plainly. Astrologers read Lilith as the part of the chart concerned with what is suppressed, refused or kept at the margins. In Sagittarius, the tradition connects it with questions about which beliefs are truly your own and where honesty meets resistance. A modest suggestion is to notice one opinion you repeat without examining it, and look at where it came from.
