Black Moon Lilith in Capricorn, 2026

Black Moon Lilith, the calculated point where the Moon's orbit lies farthest from Earth, moves from Sagittarius into Capricorn on 14 September 2026 at 17:05 UTC. It stays for 270 days, with no retrograde along the way, and passes into Aquarius on 11 June 2027 at 10:06 UTC. Capricorn is a cardinal earth sign ruled by Saturn.

Astrologers read Lilith as the part of experience that refuses to be tamed or quietly set aside. In Capricorn, the tradition links it to authority, ambition, duty and the rules people inherit about how success should look. The emphasis falls on where outside expectations feel confining and where one's own standards have gone unheard. A modest step is to notice one obligation kept purely out of habit and ask whether it still deserves the effort.
