Libra is the cardinal air sign ruled by Venus. Astrologers read it as the sign of partnership, fairness, diplomacy and beauty. The trine from Uranus is traditionally taken to welcome fresh approaches in relationships. The opposition from Neptune is read as a reminder that ideals and reality can blur, so the tradition favors clarity over assumption. One practical step: ask a direct, kind question where you have been guessing at someone's meaning.
