Libra is the cardinal air sign ruled by Venus, and the tradition links it with partnership, fairness, negotiation and a sense of proportion. Astrologers read a new moon here as a fresh start for agreements and relationships, while squares are treated as points of friction that ask for adjustment. With Jupiter and Pluto involved, themes of overreach and control are often mentioned. A modest step is to name one arrangement that feels uneven and suggest a small, fair change.
