In the astrological tradition, Pluto stands for power, deep change and what lies beneath the surface. Aquarius is read as the sign of communities, technology, shared ideals and independence. Astrologers treat Pluto's retrograde here as a time for reviewing the groups and networks one belongs to, and the influence those groups hold. A practical suggestion: look at one commitment to a group or organization and ask whether it still reflects what you value.
