Arriving from Gemini at 15:26 UTC on 7 August 2028, Venus enters Cancer and remains there for 29 days. It moves on to Leo at 23:18 UTC on 5 September 2028. Cancer is a cardinal water sign ruled by the Moon, and Venus stays direct for the whole stay.
Astrologers read Venus in Cancer as affection expressed through care: cooking for someone, keeping in touch with family, making a home feel safe. The tradition links Cancer with memory, belonging and emotional protection, so this placement is taken to favor loyalty and tenderness over display. It is also read as sensitive to slights and slow to trust. A modest suggestion: spend an evening with people who feel like home, or make one room a little more comfortable to come back to.
