Capricorn is a cardinal earth sign ruled by Saturn, and astrologers associate it with structure, responsibility and long-range plans. The tradition treats a new moon as a quiet starting point, so this one is read as a moment to set intentions that are practical and measurable. A square from Neptune is often taken to blur the edges, adding doubt or idealism to otherwise sober goals. A modest suggestion: write down one plan for the coming weeks and check it against what you actually know before committing to it.
