Virgo is the mutable earth sign ruled by Mercury, and the tradition associates it with craft, daily routines, service and careful attention to detail. A new moon here is read as a good point to refine methods. Astrologers treat Jupiter so close as a generous, widening note, and the Uranus square as a sign that plans may need room for surprises. A practical idea: improve one small system you use daily, and keep it flexible.
