Late on 3 September 2028, at 23:48 UTC, the Moon turns full at 11°59' Pisces, opposite the Sun at 11°59' Virgo. It sits 406,158 km away, far enough to count as an apogee full moon, or micromoon. There is no eclipse. Uranus squares the Moon within 2.2 degrees, and Saturn, Neptune, Pluto and Chiron are retrograde.
The tradition treats Pisces as the sign of imagination, compassion and softened boundaries, and a full moon here is read as a moment when feeling outweighs order, with Virgo's attention to detail on the other side. A square from Uranus is taken to add restlessness or something unexpected. Astrologers often suggest a gentle practice: set aside a quiet evening, and let one small, sensible task from Virgo's side of the sky ground whatever surfaces.
