The full moon of 7 September 2025 is a total lunar eclipse, exact at 18:09 UTC with a magnitude of 1.362. The Moon sits at 15°22' Pisces near the north node, opposite the Sun at 15°22' Virgo, at a distance of 369,671 km. Mercury opposes the Moon at 5.3 degrees and Jupiter forms a trine at 3.7 degrees. Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Chiron are all retrograde.
Pisces is a mutable water sign, ruled by Neptune in the modern tradition, and associated with imagination, compassion, rest and softened boundaries. Astrologers treat eclipses near the north node as pointers toward something new, and the Jupiter trine is read as a generous, hopeful note. The Mercury opposition is taken to suggest that words and feelings may not match. A practical suggestion: make room for quiet, then write down what you notice before explaining it to anyone.
