The full moon of 1 May 2026 falls in Scorpio, exact at 17:23 UTC. The Moon is at 11°21' Scorpio, 402,000 km from Earth, with the Sun opposite at 11°21' Taurus. There is no eclipse, no planet within orb of a major aspect, and no planet retrograde at the time, which leaves the picture unusually uncluttered.
Scorpio is a fixed water sign ruled by Pluto, and astrologers associate it with intimacy, trust, shared resources and what lies beneath the surface. Taurus opposite stands for comfort, possessions and steady values. The tradition reads a Scorpio full moon as a time when feelings held quietly come into the open. With no other planets involved, the axis is said to speak plainly. A modest suggestion: have one honest conversation you have been postponing.
